Networking at Hot Topics

HIT is committed to supporting the development of innovative ideas and programmes, so this year we are adding in a networking/connecting area at Hot Topics.

We want to hear what people are working on, or even what they are thinking about working on one day (like our Community Manager’s game-based learning projects he’s been thinking of launching for 4-5 years… seriously, just do it already). While many of us have great ideas they only really develop when we talk about them with others and start bouncing thoughts off each other.

We’re going to have an area in our networking/sponsor space where people can share their ideas and contact details to help get these conversations started. Below you’ll find a printable template to use; fill it out and bring it along (blank ones will also be available on the day).

We are excited to announce that Haven Wheelock will be a HIT Hot Topics speaker. Haven was a Chief Petitioner for ballot measure 110, which was a first in the USA initiative to decriminalise drugs in the state of Oregon. #harmreduction #conference
